The centrifugal fan comprehensively takes into account the high-pressure coefficient of the high-pressure fan and the characteristics of medium-and-small flow selection section of the medium-pressure fan, so it can keep the selected fan always within the optimal working condition range, achieving the ideal state of high efficiency, energy saving, compact structure and convenient installation and maintenance and being widely applied to the ventilation in industrial and mining, steel, petrochemical, environmental protection, nuclear power and other enterprises.
The structure of the fan driving mode are eqipped with Type A, Type C and Type D;
There are altogether 16 machine numbers for the fan specifications from No.3.2, No.4, No.4.5, No.5, No.5.6, No.6.3, No.7.1, No.8, No.9, No.10, No.11.2, No.12.5 , No.14, No.16, No.18 to No.20;
There are altogether seven standard angles of 0°, 45°, 90°, 135°, 180°, 225° and 270° made for the air outlet of the fan:
Coupling drive
Its transmission efficiency is high, safe and reliable. It adopts the direct connection of shaft with the coupler, so the motor does not need to be in a high temperature area, and it can avoid the excessive starting torque, protecting the motor.
Belt drive
By changing the size of the pulley diameter and the different transmission ratios of the driving wheel and the driven wheel, the speed and flow of the fan can be adjusted, and the motor installation position is flexible.
Motor direct-connection drive
The fan has high transmission power, high mechanical efficiency and reliable performance. Direct connection is generally applied to fans with relatively small air volume and pressure.
